The job itself
- Changeover days are the busy days, so weekend availability matters.
- Routes are grouped by city, and we pay for the drive time between properties.
- You work from the same checklist on every property, not a different standard per host.
- A QA cleaner has your back, and you hear about problems from us before a guest finds them.
What we look for
- A reliable vehicle, a valid Arizona license, and current auto insurance.
- A smartphone for the checklist and the end-of-clean photos.
- Willingness to pass a background check, the same as everyone on the team.
- Attention to detail, and the honesty to flag damage or a missed item rather than hope nobody notices.
